What to include

To help us investigate, include:

• Your business name and the email address used for your LSA Command account.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• The error message, approximate time, and a screenshot if useful.
• Whether you were using the LSA Command website or the ChatGPT integration.

Please do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or access tokens. Hide customer contact details in screenshots unless they are needed to explain the issue.

Account and privacy requests

Use the same support email for questions about account access, billing, disconnecting an integration, or requesting access to or deletion of your data. We may need to verify account ownership before making changes.
